S4A and I's renovation project reimagines a prewar residence by fusing its historical character with the understated sophistication of contemporary Italian finishes.

Our design approach was rooted in a desire to create continuity—between past and present, elegance and ease

Spatial openness not only enhances livability but also supports energy efficiency by reducing the need for artificial lighting.
