CLAW was created as a functional and expressive accessory during my recovery from a tendon graft operation.

Initially conceived as a way to avoid wearing a conventional medical splint, the piece evolved into a symbol of personal resilience.
Rather than conceal the injury, CLAW accentuates it—transforming a site of vulnerability into one of strength.

Transforming a site of vulnerability into one of strength
This piece is both a rehabilitation aid and a sculptural object
Blurring the line between utility and art
It represents a moment of transformation
CLAW is a reminder that challenge often holds unexpected potential—that strength and beauty can emerge from moments of disruption.

I often reminisce my time wearing it.
